Game sources and licenses

The arcade lists 158 entries: 103 bundled games, 12 playable creator-hosted Flash-origin games, and 43 other web links. Flash-only pages without a working browser build were replaced with playable Libre Arcade titles. External games depend on their upstream sites; the launcher provides a direct-open option if embedding is blocked.

Existing MIT games

Chill Fishing is included from cristianjeffries/chill-fishing under MIT. The remaining 43 Mashukui game folders (including Fruit Slice) come from mashukui/web-games. Six games come from OpenGames.dev. Their full notices remain in chill-fishing/LICENSE, mashukui/LICENSE, and opengames/LICENSE.

LittleJS Arcade

48 complete games and their shared engine files are included from KilledByAPixel/LittleJSArcade under MIT. Full upstream notice: littlejs/LICENSE. The selected games do not use the repository’s separately licensed Twemoji font; its license is retained at littlejs/TWEMOJI-LICENSE.txt.

Additional games

Piano Tap is included from mashukui/web-games under the repository MIT license. PONGS is Pippin Barr’s playable web build of a Flash-origin game; the work is licensed CC BY-NC 3.0 with attribution. As Slow As Possible is by Pippin Barr and is MIT licensed. Netris and Hextris are linked to the Libre Arcade browser builds; their upstream project preserves individual game notices and license details. These external games are linked, not copied into this site.

Playable Flash-origin creator builds

These creator-hosted games have playable online HTML5 or Ruffle builds. Original Flash-only pages without a playable modern build were removed from the Flash group and replaced with Libre Arcade games. Each creator page links to the upstream project and license details.

Libre Arcade games

These games link to hosted Libre Arcade builds. The collection publishes per-game provenance and license details in its upstream repository. They are linked, not copied into this site.

Flash games and emulator

Let There Be Smite! and Safety Instructions are by Pippin Barr and are licensed CC BY-NC 3.0. Their SWF builds are bundled with the site and run through the locally included Ruffle emulator; attributions and Ruffle license notices are in games/flash/ATTRIBUTION.txt. CC BY-NC permits noncommercial sharing with attribution.

The Artist Is Present and Let’s Play: Ancient Greek Punishment are by Pippin Barr. The creator released the original SWFs; they are played here using Ruffle and licensed CC BY-NC 3.0. Download links and attribution are in games/flash/ATTRIBUTION.txt.
